I came here a few years ago to look at prom dresses. I was unsure of my size, and ended up paying 10 bucks for her to measure me.....Looking back I could have done that by myself! It took less than 3 minutes to measure me. Fast forward to today, I purchased a wedding gown online and it is a size too big. My future mother in law really likes Sukie, so I thought I would give it another go. The website has no prices for alterations (where as other reputable places have a base price sheet with a * next to each because I understand every gown might need more or less and will be adjusted accordingly). So I called, and asked if there were any base prices. I was told no. I find that extremely hard to believe considering you have to start SOMEWHERE! All I need is the sides taken in a bit, because it is ONE size too big. I was told I would have to make an appointment and come in and try my gown on and then get a quote. No thanks. Extremely disappointed that I can't get my gown altered close to home.
