First, Melanie who returned my initial call was very enthusiastic (amazing, a business that actually wants to talk to customers!), and she stated they would call before coming. My appt. was between 8-11am. At 8:00 on the dot, Eldon calls and says he's just a few minutes away, if that works. Within 5 minutes he's here and ready to go to work. Very pleasant and even willing to let me glean a few tips from him while "hovering" over him (it would drive me crazy, but he seemed more than willing and was conversational while working). Not only did he fix the leak I knew about, he checked and found another and did both jobs within the same time frame. When it went over the 1st hour, I expected to be charged for 2 hours (no problem by me--a guy's gotta earn a living too). When the bill came, he even prorated the 2nd hour. He didn't try to sell me any new valves or anything--used all existing in good condition he could. I could not be more pleased with his attitude and service. If you need ANY sprinkler repair, THIS is the company to call.
