Great service in every way!
I had been afraid to get my dog groomed for quite some time prior to coming here. He is a rescue and was so skittish that we had never groomed him before, so he was really dirty and filled with burrs. We wanted to get the dog groomed before Christmas, but this salon was really busy, so they helpfully put us on a waiting list. A spot did happen to come up - so points go to them for doing their best to accommodate our time needs.
When we got there for our appointment, the dog was acting really skittish, so the groomer said that we could either keep him there and get him shaved, or bring him back when the place was less busy. We agreed to go back the next week when the salon would be quieter.
The groomer went ahead and booked off 4 hours(!) of her time to make sure that our dog got the attention that he needed. I was prepared to pay more for such a large period of time, but in fact we paid less than the usual fee for because the dog was too skittish to have his ears cleaned and nails trimmed.
He looked great afterwards, and everything went smoothly due to the kind attention of the groomer that helped us.
These people really do care about your pets. I am so impressed and definitely plan on bringing both our dogs here regularly.
