I want to love this shop but it's just not quite there. While they have a great array of designer items at a reasonable, at least for used designer, prices, their service is really lacking which makes the experience less than enjoyable. On my last visit I noticed quite a few nice things, and ranging in "designer value" - they have everything from Louis Vuitton to Chanel to Michael Kors to Coach. I was there to specifically look for a quilted Chanel bag (even though, alas, I can't quite afford one). I was there mainly to price compare what I've seen online. The interaction was mainly like this: "excuse me, can I see that bag?" "yes, It's 1999 - as in two thousand dollars". THANKS I'M AWARE OF WHAT YOU MEANT! All of the staff seem to generally have the same "you can't afford this" snooty attitude - at least in my experience. This store is still generally worth a browse though, and if you elude richness, perhaps you'll get the service you deserve!
