Went there to have gel polish removed and manicure with regular polish. I don't know who waited on me since she didn't introduce herself by name, but it was a younger woman with freckles. She was just going through the motions. She rushed through the manicure so fast, barely doing each step. She didn't push back my cuticles...only lightly pushed the tool over my nails and didn't even touch the cuticle bed on some of my nails. I asked her to even out the length, but there was still quite a bit of difference in length when she was done. The salon wasn't busy and there was no one waiting after me, so there was no reason to rush. The manicure literally only lasted 2 days before it was chipped. I definitely won't be back.
