Had an appt with Dr. Ward last week and he was fabulous. Friendly, warm, explained everything to me. Appointment was on-time. All of the staff was very nice, helpful. I picked out a new pair of glasses, placed my order and left. The following Monday I was called and told the glasses I picked out were discontinued but I could come back and pick out something else. I went back today and met the most helpful woman by the name of Delia. I explained to her that I was told my glasses were discontinued, that I was really disappointed because I really liked them. I asked if they could sell me the "floor model". She took the time to call the other warehouses/locations - she called more than one - and asked them to check their inventory to see if anyone had a pair of these left. Sure enough, someone did. They are now being shipped to my location. I'm thrilled. She really went above and beyond - excellent customer service. Four out of five stars, simply because as someone else said - glasses are quite pricey, though I know that is any eye doctor office, not just here.
