HUGE disappointment. I've been getting my lashes done for two years, elsewhere, but had to go here for a fill, due to my regular lash gal being in the hospital. I know what lashes done well look like and this definitely wasn't it. My lashes were a clumped mess and going in a thousand directions. Call me crazy, but I like my soldiers in line, you know? The lash tech (and front desk staff) was a really nice gal, but wowza, I have a mess on my hands. My lashes started falling out, like crazy, and on Day 4, I started collecting them, just to share the pic, attached-- I'm now on Day 7 and my lashes look horrible. This is just not okay, and I'm really sad that I spent my money, here. ***Addition for Brady- My maiden name is Buck and you will find my appointment in the 1:00 hour, last Friday. ***A bit more, for Brady, since you've chosen to get defensive - Actually, the tech mentioned that she was surprised that she was doing my lashes, as normally the procedure is to do what you wrote. But, none of that was ever said, to me, by your front desk gal. Your lash tech (who I mentioned was a great gal) was quick to acknowledge what a great job my aesthetician (yes, licensed in AZ) had done on my lashes, and was quite impressed, so you can stop with that deflection. Additionally, I get my lashes done every two weeks, like clock work so, again, don't create a story that does not exist. I spent $89.99 in your salon, when all was said and done-- it was a complete waste. I've now had to have my regular gal take out the lashes that were applied, one week ago-- more money gone. The lashes from AL feel like plastic, you've shown your lack of interest in the customer experience, and you are way overpriced. Lesson learned. You can be snide in your response, which just shows everyone how you deal with your customers. Thank you, for showing your true colors. Buyers, be very aware. This time, the writing is definitely on the wall. PS- you'll notice that I don't give negative reviews-- this has been my first and you have justified every word I have said. Well done, Brady.
