I brought my wedding rings to Malak Jewelers for a much needed cleaning and tightening of stones. After having a terrible experience at another jeweler (where the sales person told me that I would have to leave my rings for repair, telling me it would be very expensive but refusing to tell me exactly how much it would cost), I took a chance on Malak because of their good reviews. My experience there was absolutely wonderful. The entire process of cleaning my rings and tightening most of the stones took less than 30 minutes and was extremely affordable. Sam was very helpful and honest about what my rings needed, and we did discuss rhodium plating but he wasn't pushy like at other jewelers. I was surprised at how helpful and nice all of the staff were (and this given the fact that I was in gym clothes and a bit disheveled, which let's be honest, is when retailers aren't always so nice to you). But I felt completely comfortable and taken care of at Malak. The customer service was great and I'm looking forward to going back for future purchases and care of my rings.
