Jim was perfect! He showed us a number of recliners. He had us sit in the ones we thought we'd like. He even turned a chair over to show us the reclining mechanism and explained how it is different from others on the market. We talked about options available. I loved the fact that there were multiple colors for us to choose from.
We plan to come back soon and buy a recliner/sofa for our den!
