My first experience at Tubi was nice. It's a small neighborhood feel nail salon that I just stopped in after seeing such good yelp reviews. Chi was my tech and she was very nice and did a great job. My pedicure looked great for longer than usual. However my 2nd visit is where the 2 stars come from now. I called and scheduled an appointment, though they take walk ins. I arrived a few minutes early to pick my color and was completely ignored... Ignored for 28 minutes until I decided to leave. I understand it was busy but absolutely no greeting or acknowledgement after that amount of time was absurd. Nail techs were finishing manicures and moving their clients to pedi bowls. So I knew it was going to be a while.. Very unprofessional. Going back to my usual Polish Room!
