Ya know, I just kinda get Pappadeaux. Is it exquisite? No. Is it fancy? No. Is it really really good and consistent? Yes. The food is always spot on. It is as fresh as it can be in Phoenix. I have yet to find anyplace as consistently good as Pappadeaux. It is not cheap but quality seafood never is. Party of 5 with 1 child 300.00 with gratuity. We ate really well. My two favorites are Shrimp Po Boy and Shrimp Etouffe for meals. Alligator is very very good, so is the lobster bisque and the oysters on the half shell. I don't know how else to say it other than I personally totally get it and I love the fact that I do.
