Found a good deal on Best Buy Deal of The Day. Paid for it online at 8:03 am. Got the email confirmation that the order was placed shortly after. At 11:36 am I got an email saying the item has been deducted from my account from my bank. I was going out to do errands and made Best Buy one of my stops being this one is 20 miles away from my house and they were the closet with the item I ordered to the house. When I get there the blue shirt told me we do not have the item in stock you ordered and it will have to be mailed to you. I told him to cancel the order out of instant anger. I asked why was my card charged if the item was not available and he stated " they do that all the time". So he continues to tell me that I never received an email confirmation saying the item was ready for pick up, I said to him, I never got one saying you didn't have it either and If you charge my card that gives me the indication you have the item!!!!! He had nothing to say!! (The picture below was from the email I got AFTER I cancelled the order)The manager I have to say did try to make it right by offering another bag but I just couldn't get past driving 20 miles, they took my money and I don't have Shit!!!! I was pissed!!!!!! I had to re-order the item after canceling it being they offered expedited shipping, which was a stupid day earlier then regular shipping. HORRIBLE!!!!
