I have been taking my cats Rookie and Drew here for 13 years! My cats are 13 and 14. My friend got my cat Rookie for me when he was a kitten from this vetranarian clinic. He had ring worm and she doctored him to health so I can have a healthy cat. His mom still lives at the vet to this day. Dr.Steelman is absolutly amazing! I cannot believe some people haven't been giving her the credit she deserves. She expanded her space just to take in abandoned cats. I'm pretty sure she hasn't turned down a single cat and that's why she has so many. Shame on people for judging her for doing such good deeds that nobody else would do. Kudos Dr. Steelman!! These people don't live there and neither do their cats so who cares.
It's true that Dr.Steelman remembers cats personalities etc., heck I think she remembers more about my own cats than I do....She is very caring and her biggest concern is to get your kitty back to health.
I totally recommend Bonanza Cat Hospital for all your kitty needs and in 13 years I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get my cats doctored up. I make appointments so that helps....just like any other doctors office.
