Place is a nightmare, it's a wannabe trendy spot, the staff are totally inhospitable I'm not sure they know they are in the hospitality biz. T
The place is like a frat house with thin walls and heavy slamming doors, you hear doors slamming all night long.
I had a corporate account at the toronto NYC and Hollywood locations and they are worlds apart! LA Roosvelt is amazing, NYC is always on point and amazing, but toronto is a mess, they have blocked guests out and Made them wait outside with the local club goers headed to the club in the basement, we had other guests made to switch rooms without notice or apology, and another of our guests was manhandled by a security guard who did not realize they were guests of the hotel, the staff is totally incompetent. We closed our corp account and will never recommend that frat house to anyone.
