This food truck definitely lived up to the hype. I got the Connecticut roll and the lobster was so fresh and flavorful. The line was long even though we arrived before they opened and it didn't move too fast because they cook everything fresh but it was worth the wait. I will definitely keep an eye on their schedule to see where they'll be next.
