Dinner pre-show with the family. We tried a bunch of plates which were pretty good. Starters were my fave, though dad liked the meat options
- Deviled eggs- yum! These were tasty.
- Seared tuna- a few nicely seared slices. fine, but forgettable
- BHKC chop salad- another win- loved the sweet dried corn
- Kale salad- also very good with shaved apple, parm, and a tasty dressing
- Blackened salmon- large piece, perfectly cooked
- Pork shank- not something I would order (I'm veg), but it was tender and B said it tasted even better once you got to the bottom of the skillet where juices mixed with rice and beans
- Flat iron steak- I didn't try the steak, but loved the crispy roasted potatoes which had a nice bit of salt
Everything was fine, server was friendly. Would return for the salads and starters.
