So I received a gift card for a massage at this place. I had never been before and had a seriously hard time finding the place. It is located at the back of a strip mall in Liberty village. A variety of services are offered including massage, chinese medicine and accupunture, naturopathic medicine, psychotherapy, osteopathic treatment, craniosacral therapy, chiropractic medicine, dietitian, reiki, reflexology, life coaching, spiritual life coaching, shamanic healing and an infrared sauna. Basically, this is a well rounded holistic centre. It is quiet and serene and very clean. I had the 60 minute massage and it was a little painful (but good massages always are). A heat pad was used and when I left had red welts up my back....by the next morning they were gone though and my chronically sore back felt great. The masseuse didn't try to sell extra services and even said that regular massages probably wouldn't help my problem. He provided some exercise suggestions/positions instead. No tipping is allowed, which felt a little weird, but I guess is good overall. I would go back but would like it better if it was closer to my house.
