We wanted to try this place out since it's near our house. I wanted to give this place a 4 but it was so painful. The tech I had was Maryam and it was a Saturday afternoon. She was by herself and it was so quiet in the shop. She did my daughters brows and my daughter was almost crying. She then did my eyebrows, she was so slow, but I could hear that she was precise on which hairs to pluck. The silence of the shop didn't help either. Imagine hearing the thread run across your eyebrow and lids and the plucking of a hair one by one.
She did a great job, but due to the pain and more pain she incurred, we won't be returning to this place if she is the only one available. We did end up buying a bottle of overpriced castor oil though. That was convenient.
