Garbage. I have had cox for over 10 years and have had nothing but problems. I know why stay so long? They are the only provider with affordable Internet service is the simple answer. They however lack in every other department. "Customer service" is hit or miss, if you do get to talk to someone who has a clue it's few and far between. I wish there were other service providers in las vegas who could deliver the speed and value without the constant need to talk to the clown shoes that you regularly have to deal with.
