Vicky has sold her business and Carol, who gives great pedicures, is the only staff who is still there. So sorry to see the other's leave. Lee and Ann were always wonderful!
I was a bit disappointed recently because I walked in to get a nail fixed and the new owner kept trying to get me to use another tech, even though the nail tech I wanted to use assured me I would only have to wait a few minutes for her. I found that to be very annoying.
Another time I called to make an appointment, my nail tech did not have an opening, I then asked for another day and he kept insisting that I come on the original day and just go to somebody else.
But, the most annoying thing that ever happened was when they were mopping the whole salon first thing in the morning while I was getting my nails done!! I was the first and only client at the time. The owners arrived 20 minutes AFTER me and proceeded to do this. It stunk!! Not professional!!
Will be looking elsewhere for a nail tech.
