I love Chipotle. I probably eat there three times a week. Today I was in the area for a training for work and was happy to find a Chipotle nearby. I ordered my usual chicken bowl with double chicken to-go. Got back to where my training was and went to eat my meal and the chicken was so burned that I couldn't even enjoy the meal. I mean all of the chicken in my bowl was charred. I didn't notice it when they were making the bowl but when I opened the bowl I could smell that it was charred. I thought maybe some of it would be okay but none of it was edible. I am so disappointed! Burned food should not be served to customers. It's just disgusting.
