Could be great but is always just lacking, but for many people it must do the job for them because during prime time hours this place is usually annoying overcrowded. Seats at the bar itself are scarce. Service is inconsistent as some of their staff is happy to be there, while others seem to hate their job & dislike that fact that you're their making them work. Without question, beer selection is the star of Boulders. The tap selection is wide & consistently rotates with fresh & diverse offerings. The food is mediocre & average for a bar & grill. It's kind of a jack of all trades, master of none approach to the menu with burgers, tacos, pizza, pasta. Coming here to watch some sports might be seem to be a good idea, but the seat & screen placement creates some challenges for enjoying a sporting event. Lastly, turn down the lighting in this place. It's awkwardly bright, bars shouldnt have lighting that makes you feel like you're at target or walmart. Pints, friends, & dim lighting make for a fantastic combination.
