Best burger I've had in Vegas (out of five). I went here after my working brother arrived from ORD. I knew it would be late on a Friday for dinner, but there was no wait for a table for two. Destiny, deliciousness, and decadence awaiting us at Burger Bar. This is a Hubert Keller place!!!! So great. I wish I could tell you who he is!. I bet he has an accent and grew up on the streets of Europe post WWII. That's where he learned the in and outs of food. I have a great imagination, don't I? Anyway, the menu is STACKED with burger options: Angus beef, buffalo (which my brother ordered and said it was gamey), and USDA beef. They also had Kobe Beef! You know anytime a cow gets a massage and drinks beer to relax in Japan, you know it's gonna be excellent. I was so hungry and overwhelmed by all the burger topping options. Luckily my brother got onions and since I ordered first and he wasn't ready, I was able to add them after the fact. I ordered the Kobe Beef Burger on whole wheat, with cucumbers, grilled onions, and portobello mushrooms. The meat/bun ratio was GREAT!!!!! I had a choice of fries (sweet potato, skinny, fat, buttermilk zucchini), but I went with the onion rings and was not disappointed. I also got jalapenos (which ruined the burger so I ate one by one). I wasn't mad when my brother let me have some of his sweet potatoes. Well worth the 11 PM wait since my brother had gotten in an hour earlier!!! We ended up ordering two of their reasonably sized ice cream sundaes. I thought it'd be bigger. I got strawberry he got vanilla and we added coconut (me) and he got a Twinkie, butterscotch, and coconut. Go if you're in Vegas. $70 total, not including tip. BUT AS KT PERRY SAID! THAT'S WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU'RE IN VEGAS!
