Worst ever...said i was behind or missing a payment. After going over my account with one of their agents, they figured out it was their error...i was told they did not know where to apply the payment, so they used it to pay 2 payments for same month..its not that hard people my pmt is due on 16, if you receive a pmt on 1st of april apply it to the april 16th pmt...they received a 2nd pmt on 29th, so instead of applying it to the may 16th pmt they also applied it to april pmt...WOW is all i can say!!!!
