When I went for my appointment, it was a relaxing environment and I was told how to relax, and learned how the Angel of Water machine works. Afterwards, I felt so clean and my bloating and indigestion felt eased. Now I try to go every few weeks, and really notice a difference - my heartburn has eased (I also learned some healthy eating and stress reduction tips from Clear Living) and other aspects of my health have also improved. Having a colon hydrotherapy session also makes me want to do other things to improve my health. I'm a stickler for cleanliness, so wouldn't go anywhere else.
