TERRIBLE ATTITUDE from the old lady that works there (short/ white/silver hair). As I am cashing out she asked if I had a Sally's card which I said yes. I gave her the number and she asked me to repeat it again. I repeated the number once more and she asked again. I gave her the number once again and with an attitude she said " wow wow wow, look, I'm reading your lips as I cannot hear properly, say it once again." -but this time with an attitude. That really ticked me off but said nothing about it, instead I made sure this time I said it slower and louder so she could hear me. Which she cut me off in the middle and said "NO. Start all over again. 702......" like if talking to a child. At this point my sister had to tell her the number cause I was so upset. She didn't even asked if I wanted the receipt in my bag or with me, as I extended my hand she just put the receipt in the bag, didn't do eye contact, didn't say have a good day, but she DID make sure to say "whatever" as I turned around. I turned back and asked if she was being serious and she just gave me the stare with a nasty smile on her face. I walked away, but I was SERIOUSLY debating on just asking for my money back. I have done BIG purchases here. Cannot believe I would get this attitude from an elderly supposed to be "mature and an example to follow." NOT GOING BACK
