I just moved here from California and have never had a towing company be as professional and kind as my recent experience with Professional Towing. 5 stars!!! My car wouldn't start and I figured it had to be towed and taken to the dealer. The kind guy actually showed up on time, checked my car for me and gave me a jump. He explained I'd save way more money going to autozone for a battery, rather than the dealership, and only my charged me for the jump. He explained a lot about my Honda to me and really put my mind at ease. Again, I'm floored. In California, people do anything to get money out of you. This is the only towing company I'll use in Arizona. They have a customer for life.
