We had a miserable time here. While we were seated immediately, everything else was incredibly slow. The waiter took our order about 20 minutes in, and then the long wait began. There wasn't even a basket of bread to tide us over. They gave us a round of free drinks, after an hour, for the inconvenience, but didn't step up the pace. We got our food at the hour and a half mark, and asked for the check at the 2 hour mark. The waiter left the checks, and we didn't see him for another half hour. We complained to management. There's absolutely no reason that it should have taken 2 and 1/2 hours to get a meal and check to 4 people at a small table. The manager decided that the comp'd round of drinks, from earlier was enough off our bill to satisfy that kind of wait. the drinks would cost OUR TABLE $40+, but the actual restaurant only lost around $5.00 in drinks. This was completely unacceptable. I will never recommend this restaurant, in fact I will deter friends from coming here. We had plans for later, to go swimming at the hotel, and we ended up getting a measly 30 minutes of swim time, before the pool closed. The manager didn't do enough to make up for the restaurants mistakes, ruining our moods and our evening plans.
