I am updating a terrible review I left for the Estrella Women's Health Center. I am a woman & a Gemini, so I have the right to change my mind! After my initial experience, I left a review on google & Yelp. I was contacted by the office manager a few days later. She was very apologetic & reassured me that the front office problems had been addressed. She talked me into giving them another chance & to be seen by Dr. Colwell. I reluctantly agreed. Well I'm glad I did. The front desk staff at the Estrella Pkwy location are very nice & accommodating. The tech in the back was very nice & funny. Then I got to meet Dr. Colwell. I'm kind of a spaz when it comes to the gyno, I absolutely hate being there. Dr. Colwell was sensitive to my fears & completely put me at ease. She kept me engaged in conversation & she was in & out before I knew what happened. She's great! It was literally the best experience at the gyno that I've ever had. I'm so happy I gave them a second chance & didn't let the front desk staff at the Indian School location ruin it for me. I would have missed out on meeting a great doctor. So the conclusion to my reviews...they got a hold of my vagina & I liked it! I encourage you ladies to give them a chance. If you have any issues with a front desk staff, ask for their name & call back & speak with an office manager. They will clear up the situation so you won't lose out on a great doctor.
