So I had a warranty issue and low and behold the person I had all of the issues with (Tanya) IS still there! And guess what? It's the same BS run around customer service! She called to say they would be there in 20 minutes. An hour later she has another girl call me to say they will be there in 20 minutes. I said "I know I've already been waiting an hour". Then I hear her whisper to Tanya "she's been waiting an hour". I proceeded to wait another half an hour and then I had to leave to go back to work. Tanya has no regard or respect for anyone's time! I'm done! Don't call me I won't be changing my review this time! I'd rather pay another company to repair the workmanship than deal with Tanya!
We love the product and we love Ron! We now know that the person we had issues with has been let go. Thank goodness because Ron deserves to be 5 stars with his amazing finishes and he personally came out and gave us our bid. I got a phone call from the office regarding my previous review and I really appreciate being heard and taking the time out to contact me. Now this is great customer service.
