We recently had our BMW 328 coupe repaired at Scottsdale Premiere Collision.
We had shopped all of the highest rated shops in the area including Chapman BMW and got a wide range of quotes from straightening the panel and using bondo to cutting out the quarter panel. This was a nice car and we wanted it done to BMW standards, so we planned on going to Chapman. They never returned our calls.
After visiting Scottsdale Premiere and talking to Chis and his crew, I was comfortable with how they would approach the repair. It also helped there was a 5 Series BMW there with a similar issue in the middle of getting new metal right next to a Lotus being worked on. We went with them even though we saw a negative review on Yelp. All the positive reviews on Garage Fly and visiting the shop gave us confidence this was the best choice. Every business can have a competitor or someone who wants to drag them down.
Turned out those positive reviews were truth, we could not be happier with the quality of work as the car looks new again. There were additional things we wanted done while in the shop and they were fixed at a very reasonable cost. They even detailed it. Chris and his crew are professional, from working with the insurance company to knowing how to properly repair a complex BMW. Definitely 5 Stars.
