My best friend is getting married in August. We found her dress at a store which didn't carry the bridesmaids dresses she wanted, so we drove an hour to Robinson to see their dresses.
First of all, the person who greeted us was not friendly. She was talking to a coworker and disregarded us until their conversation was over. We had 4 girls trying on dresses. We were only allowed two dressing rooms. I am self conscious, but that didn't matter to the attendant, who paid no mind. She measured all of us, then we tried on the dresses. I have no complaints about the style or quality of the dresses, but the girl who took care of us seemed to be in a bad mood. It really hindered our experience.
When we cashed out, we were not offered the option to have our dresses shipped to us. We found out after leaving and looking up our dresses online. Also, online the dresses are listed $20 cheaper!
We are going to go in to pick up the dresses next week, and will voice our concerns with a manager. I would steer clear from this store or order online, the attendant did NOTHING we couldn't have done ourselves, and she made money off of us even with her bad personality and awful mood.
Very disappointed. Definitely will not shop here for my wedding next year.
