The reason I'm giving this salon a 2 and not a 1 is only because of Rachel. She was super nice and did an awesome job on my manicure. I won't say who did my pedicure or the name of the woman who was a total ***** to me today, but I'll just say that I rarely give reviews in general let alone bad ones. What an awful experience. My pedicure wasn't dry when I left apparently (they rushed me out) so two of my toenails smudged. I called early in the day to make an appointment to come have them fixed and was rushed off the phone saying no problem just come in anytime. I came in and they told me it'd be a 10 min wait and when I explained that I was in a rush and that I was told to "just come in no problem", the woman in charge was snappy with me and scolded me saying I'd have to wait anyway. She was really impatient. The only way I would go back is to see Rachel since she was so great. Otherwise, this salon has horrible customer service.
