Twice a month my internet goes out for about 12 to 14 hours at a time. No explanation or reason. It seems to e a system wide problem each time because the calls to tech support take 40 minutes to get connected. After not being able to connect they schedule a technician to come out who can not find any problems. They have replaced the modem twice in the last year. Worse yet, if you have their bundled services, to reset the modem it will knock your cox phone off connection so you either need to call in on your cell phone or hope they will call you back which often does not happen. Their phone service stops for hours at a time so again you need a cell phone. Their HD TV often breaks up and "Pixilates" They tell me to power off the channel box and turn it back on so it will update BUT I DO NOT HAVE A CHANNEL BOX or DVR on that set. Then they say it must be the feed from the east coast and not their fault. Sorry cox I am looking for a different provider.
