They are good. Very good. They have state of the art technology and extremely qualified specialists. It's always pricy to go to a specialist, but worth every single penny. My dog had an amputation by the orthopedic specialist. Beautiful work. Excellent attention to detail. If you care that it is done right and done right the first time, then a VSC facility is the right choice. I've used them in Northern California and also in southern Nevada for specialty care and they are top notch consistently.
