I bought my (2012) certified used car from their new car department. The man I dealt with was nice. The environment was nice. However, their tactics and the quality of work on my " certified " vehicle was poor. Hence my 2-star rating. The car was listed at 19,039. I wanted to pay cash out the door. They avoided this at all costs. Trying to explain how much better it was to finance. So they told me it would be $21,256 out the door with cash. I basically said "F off " long story short walked out the door with car for $18.5k. And they still wanted me to finance -__- Now the quality. It's a nice car, just poorly serviced by them For a certified vehicle it had. -original battery that was faulty - cheap autozone oil filter - incorrect oil weight ( had oil analysis done) - air filter that was literally all black with crap - wiper blades dry rotted - previous owner pet hair under seats - cigarette residue on the inside windows For close to $20k I expect my damn car to be serviced to factory specifications.
