First time to this Calgary eatery. Ordered the ribs and meat combo. Chose the St. Louis ribs and brisket with baked beans and chilli on the side. The ribs were perfect, not so with the brisket. The brisket was chewy and firm. All bark too. As for sauces, the traditional was the standout. Bourbon sauce was bitter, hot was too hot and mustard did not impress. The beans were great and the chilli was tasty but overwhelmingly tomato flavoured. They use brisket meat in it.
The service was top notch and the Long Island iced teas were fantastic.
