I contracted westcoast cabinets to install granite and countertops. These guys caused a leak in the kitchen through their negligence and prematurely damaging the wood. They are not willing to accept liability for this. Moreover, they did not pre-inspect the granite before installing. There is a big black mark, 3 inches by 3 inches that seems so out of place and makes it so awfully ugly. They are saying it is natural and they cannot do anything about it. They said if I wanted to replace that spot of granite, it will cost more. Sent an e-mail to the owner, John, asking for an extended warranty on the wood due to the leak and a partial refund on the granite and there has been no response. Currently, using my credit card to dispute and will use small claims court to pursue this.
