I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian and tried to make an appointment over the phone. Nobody answered, so I made an appointment online (I realize now it's the only way to schedule one immediately). Although, I did receive calls back the following day. I was at my appointment on time, and Nadjege was 15 minutes late. There was nobody at the desk, but someone had walked in and given me paperwork. The actual waxing table where I sat was covered by a towel and not by a usual disposable sheet. Nadjege DOES know what she is doing, and is sanitary, but I had wished the first impressions were better. Nadjege pays attention to detail, even though she works fast. She tweezed loose hairs, which I greatly appreciated. She also reassured a tip wasn't necessary because I had to wait. This is not my first time getting a Brazilian, so comparatively to other salons, service could have been better. The Brazilian itself was standard. Nadjege is an experienced woman (6years) and this spa has the potential.
