The service department at this dealership is the absolute worst. Have a dead battery at 5 pm on a Tuesday in 110 degree weather? Don't bring your car to this service department, they will turn you away because they close at 6 pm and have to get home. They would rather turn you away than take a few minutes to replace your battery. Need recall work done? Don't call them if you need it done on any other day besides Tuesday or Wednesday. It is not convenient for this service department to do the work on a Friday or Monday. I completely understand the need to schedule such service, but really? Not on a Friday because it is not convenient for them. This has been my experience every single time I try to use this service department for recall work. I am certainly grateful there are other dealerships to choose from. I will never use them again.
