Pretty disappointed with the visit today. We go there every once in a while and get cakes. Today we used a card for frequent cake purchases. The card says you get a free cake when you buy 12. Girl at counter said only one punch per visit, regardless of the number of cakes purchased. The girl said the manager told her to limit to one punch per visit, despite what the card says. Looks like a "cake and switch" scam. Won't be going back. Business there must be good enough they don't need our family's business.
