We just recently purchased our bikes from here and the service has been exceptional. The owner is dedicated to making sure you are satisfied with your purchase and is willing to help with any questions that you may have even after the sale.
Most bike shops in the Madison area charge at least $100 to fit you on a bike, at Oregon Bike and Skate, the service is free with the purchase of a new bike. They take the time to explain the adjustments and ensure the bike is fit perfectly for your ride.
During the summer many bike shops get swamped with bike repairs, which can mean weeks without your bike. I recommend making the quick drive to Oregon, WI where Scot can in most instances have you up and running within a day or so.
