Absoulutely a terrible experience!! We had to take my wife in on Fri to be admitted for a couple procedures. All of the rooms were full so we had to go in via the ER per our Dr. so they get my wife a bed after sitting in the hallway for two hours. Immediately there was an odor, we thought it was the transient in the bed next to her, NOPE, turns out that she was put in a urine soaked bed. She thought she was sweating until it was discovered that it was someone else's urine!!!
So, the next morning she needed a scope n was not suppose to eat anything, the speech therapist came in n tried to test her, so my wife told her that she was not suppose to be eating anything before the scope test. The therapist said, no your ok, eat this. Turns out my wife was rite n now the test could not be done until the next day. So here we are for another night in the hospital!!! The next day she gets the scope done and then a CT scan. Now I am friggn sitting here 4 hours later because NO ONE has read it yet!! How is this happening?!?! This is what we are waiting for to ho home!! I cannot believe this. An entire weekend ruined because of incompetence n laziness on other peoples part. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!!! I will never voluntarily use Valley Hospital or their system hospitals again!!
Thanks for completely ruining my wife's Mothers Day weekend for a couple of simple tests!
