Went in to get new tires. I didn't really have to wait in line when I got inside. Employee walked out with me and looked at the damaged tire and he said that it was not repairable. He gave me my two options and they were cheaper than what Mercedes Benz has quoted me for so I was happy. My only complaint is that I did not receive the promised text / call to let me know that they were finished. I actually ended up tracking my car outside of the shop so I called them to ask if it was finished, and sure enough, it was. I waited longer than I should have. I would still come back to this place in the future for any tire needs.
