Great lamps and after talking to the manager, top notch customer service... Six months after purchasing a $399.00 lamp, the plastic pieces connecting the pendant cord to the ceiling housing broke. I spoke with the manager and she offered to provide a replacement under the manufacturers warranty. Needless to say, I'm a fan!!!
