I gave their fish fry another try this week to make sure that I was not being unreasonable. And this time, I did it on a weekday evening so the kitchen was not as busy as on the weekend (still plenty busy though). My disappointment with the fish fry continued - batter was not crispy enough and overall, the flavors were just not there.
A Wisconsin classic cannot be called a classic if they continue to mess up their fish fries. That will be like Packers quarterbacks not able to throw successful hail mary's. Just not acceptable.
