Dr. McKenna removed my tonsils back in 2006. Everything seemed fine. This time... not so much. I have a large, hard lymph node in my neck that my PCP wanted me to get checked out by an ENT. I called to make an appointment and they were booked for 5 weeks. I show up to my appt. 5 weeks later and they say they called me 3 times to reschedule for another 4 weeks from now because McKenna had an emergency. No missed calls, no voicemails. Someone didn't do their job. Thanks, I'll find a new doctor.
