This is the absolute best passport place in Toronto! The pictures are the cheapest with the best quality. The nice old man and his son make the pictures look really good as well.
Ive been to fancier places where they did not do any slight changes to make the pictures look the best that they could be without altering them significantly.

Ive never written a review in my life but this place warrants a standing ovation.
