I would have given this place a higher rating had I not had an unfortunate experience with management. My son and a couple of his friends had gone there to play the first day of spring break. The bounce houses are amazing they had a blast. It's maybe a little bit of a long time for them to just play in bounce houses. But they loved it. Right at the end my son fell and broke his arm. I called management just to let them know about it so they could file an incident report if they needed to and let them know that I felt like they ought to have people signing waivers when they come there which they didn't do. I never had anybody call me back. To me that's just part of business is replying to people who contact you especially when there is an incident as big as a broken arm. I was not finding them at fault, there was nothing wrong with their equipment, my son simply fell. However I felt like they could have at least contacted me back.
