Came into this location to get my final fitting done for one of my great friends wedding.
When I tried on the pants, it felt a little big at the waste (good thing you can adjust it) but the pants itself felt baggy and very long at the end.
Once I got the jacket on, I was NOT happy with the fit. It was very bulky at the top. After asking the workers there, vs helping me understand, they made me feel stupid & very unhappy.
They asked me questions like "Have you ever worn a suit before?" My answer, "yes, every day for work!!!!!" Then the worker told me "well then you must not have worn this type of fitting -slim fit-" That answer was rude & very unprofessional. I was beyond upset and just told them to pack up my tux so I can leave.
FYI just because I showed up in basketball shorts and a tank top doesn't mean I don't get the same services as the other people in the fitting area that are dressed up!
My experience was horrible, workers were unprofessional, rushed me during my fitting, had no customer service, rude and over all the worst ever!!!!
For paying over $240 for my tux and receiving this kind of customer service was very upsetting! Las Vegas has so many other great tux places to rent for way cheaper and way better customer service.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Save your money & time and go elsewhere!
